Overview

Depending on your definition, PMO stands for Program Management Office, Portfolio Management Office, Project Management Office, or all three. You might also refer to a PO, EPMO, EPO, or EPPO. Regardless of your terminology, Project Assistants has an offering to meet your needs.

During the PMO Design phase, we assess your current Project & Portfolio Management State (people, processes and tools), build a strategy to reach the desired future state (which includes an adoption plan) and design a PMO charter that includes a proposed scope (requirements and design), a schedule and a budget for the development, deployment and support stages.

Development

We create the artifacts that support the process, technology and people capabilities necessary to meet the scope of the PMO charter, based on the strategy designed in the previous phase.

Deployment

Project Assistants ensures the successful execution of your adoption plan by putting in place the processes, technology, and training to support your project & portfolio management environment. One of the key components of our adoption approach is the leadership of our On-Site Project Management Experts who drive the transformation.

Support

Once the initial deployment is successfully completed, Project Assistants provides the ongoing mentoring and PMO support necessary to ensure the continued adoption of your Project Management Infrastructure.

Project Assistants' proven methodology, in combination with the Project Management Institute's (PMI) Organizational Project Management Maturity Model (OPM3), is utilized to deliver these services.
